Andi earned her BA in Organizational Communications from Arizona State University. Having worked on both sides of the promotional products buying table, she brings a unique perspective to her clients. As brand manager and buyer for a $1.5B industrial and construction equipment rental company; and now in her role as promotional products professional, she continues to strategically focus on the desired end results of any promotion: to measurably change behavior.
Andi’s greatest strengths lie in creative problem-solving and an instinctual ability to identify and effectively communicate with various audiences through original ideas and unique products.
Andi is the proud mom of middle schooler Sullivan, part-time yoga enthusiast, and a passionate supporter of organ, tissue and blood donation.

favorite promotional product: I love all promotional products! But, if I had to pick it would be a journal with custom printed tip-in pages. I think it’s so fun to customize the cover, and then personalize the inside with agenda, corporate values, etc. My son LOVES a pair of funky bright branded socks – he won’t wear plain white!
jacqueline clements, inside sales team lead
Jacqueline earned her marketing degree from the University of Colorado Boulder – Go Buffs! A friend recommended her for a job at Boundless in sales support department and the rest was history. She learned about the promotional products industry from the ground up and has settled into a fantastic career as the inside sales team lead for the ideasbyandi team! She loves helping clients grow their brand. Every day brings a new challenge!
She also has another another very important job title as Mom! Her three fantastic children; Makayla, Levi, and Benjamin keep her on her toes. She loves to read (when time allows), eat great food, and recently picked up indoor cycling that she has a love/hate relationship with.

tracey garcia, inside sales
Tracey earned her BS in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked on the agency and the client side and has experience in traditional media as well as direct mail, e-mail advertising and brand development. She is excited to contribute creative ideas and learn more about serving brands through promotional products. The promotional product industry is close to her heart as her husband has been successful in the industry for over twenty years.
Tracey has strong organizational skills, loves to discover new trends and be challenged to find out-of-the box ideas. She believes in hard work while having fun.
Tracey is the proud mom of three teenage daughters. She loves yoga, dance, eating, shopping, and traveling.
